Price Matching

Baby Grand would love to be your destination for everything best for baby! We always strive to provide the best products at the very best price. However, if you happen to find a price at another brick and mortar store or online destination that is lower, we would love the opportunity to price match. To receive the matched price, you can either call {952-912-1010} or send an emai lto {weborders@babyongrand.com}. Please have the price match offer ready for verification purposes. 

  • Price matching cannot be combined with any Baby Grand offer.
  • Shipping costs will be included when factoring a competitors price.
  • Any current sale item on Baby Grand is excluded from price matching.
  • Price matching will not be applicable through auction sites, such as ebay.
  • Baby Grand holds that price matching will be at our ultimate discretion based on the validity of the offer.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course! When it comes to baby products, we understand that it's sometimes easier to talk to a real person—especially if that person is well versed in baby lingo. Please call our store to speak to one of our sales associates {952-912-1010} during regular store hours. If no one is available to assist you, or if you call before or after business hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return the call as soon as we are able. Or if you'd prefer you can always email us at {weborders@babyongrand.com} and someone will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Order Status

When you place an order with Baby Grand, you will receive an email confirmation confirming we received your order. At that time we will provide any information pertinant to your order such as possible backorders, etc. For your convenience, please email your order number to our Order Status Department {orderstatus@babyongrand.com} and you will receive an email within 1-2 business days responding to your inquiry. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information {if available}. Please note, some items will be shipped directly from the vendor. In those instances, we will often not have exact tracking information, but will be able to provide an accurate time quote.

Confirmation of Order

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Baby Grand. If you place an order with us and do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. This confirmation email will confirm the order and provide you with any information pertaining to your order. If you have any questions, feel free to email {weborders@babyongrand.com}.

Payment Options

Baby Grand is proud to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as forms of payment. You can feel confident entering your credit card number via our secure server which encrypts all important information submitted in the order. Baby Grand bills all Credit Card orders the day we receive your order and bill the full amount. We may ship partial orders, but will continue to deliver all items on the order without any additional charges until the order is shipped in full.

If you have a Baby Grand gift card to redeem, please enter the gift card number in the notes and we will process the gift card into your order and send you an updated receipt to you via email. If you have a balance remaining on your gift card that will be included as well. 

Standard Shipping Information

Most online purchases are shipped from Baby Grand in Minnesota. All in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days and should arrive to your doorstep within 5-7 business days from the ship date. Baby Grand believes in trying to reduce the amount of impact our business has on the environment, so please expect some items to come to you in previously loved boxes. If there happens to be a delay, you will be notified by email. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together due to the size and weight of the items as well as different date of expectance.

  • FedEx, Speedee, UPS and USPS are used for all Standard and Expedited Deliveries 
  • Unfortunately at this time we only ship to the 48 Contiguous States and cannot accomodate a delivery to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

Baby Grand is excited to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders placed of $100, excluding furniture orders. All furniture orders are excluded from our FREE shipping option. Furniture shipped out of state is curbside delivery only. Freight companies will not bring the furniture inside. We do not offer white glove delivery and set-up outside the Twin Cities area. Delivery Times

We try to get your order to ship as soon as possible. If we have the item(s) in stock, we will ship within 2-3 business days. However, many of our items are custom made and will ship direct to you from one of our vendors. For instance, furniture and gliders usually require selecting finishes, hardware and fabric. We will work diligently to fulfill your order in the quickest time frame. Also, please pay close attention to the estimated time quotes noted on certain products. Please also note that these are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by Baby Grand. 

Returns and Exchanges

Baby Grand believes customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, as long as its in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange for store credit within 30 days of the order. Refunds will be issued, less the shipping, gift wrap and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items. Email our {returns@babyongrand.com} within 30 days of receipt of the item with your name, order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund or in store credit. Store credit does not expire. All refunds put back on a credit card will be issued within five business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If the merchandise is returned used or not in original packaging, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

Strollers, car seats, furniture and special orders (items that are marked shipping within 1-3 weeks) or drop shipments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged passed the initial three days after order date. If an item is damaged upon receipt, Baby Grand will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product. Please email {damages@babyongrand.com} in the event you do receive your product damaged.

  • Unfortunately, Baby Grand cannot refund shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned.
  • Special order items are returnable within the first three days of your original order date.
  • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sales Tax

Baby Grand collects sales tax on all orders shipped to a Minnesota address. However, NO sales tax will be charged to delivery outside of the state of Minnesota. 

Gift Wrap

Baby Grand is please to offer beautiful gift wrapping as an option for all our web patrons. We use a silver polka dot wrapping paper. After you have selected the items in your cart, please select "add gift wrap" and then you will be prompted to enter a personalized message to the gift recepients. The charge for gift wrapping is $5.00 which includes the gift wrap and personalized Baby Grand gift tag. We apologize but at this time we do not accept gift wrapping on oversized items or items that are shipped direct from one of our vendors. The option to gift wrap will be omitted if it is not applicable or you will be refunded if gift wrap is not possible.
